Gopinath Cooking Oil wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

  • If your refund request is approved after inspection, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
  • After processing, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements / Exchanges

  • If your replacement or exchange request is approved, the replaced product will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

How to Initiate a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email gopinathcookingoil@gmail.com or call +91 97145 82661 within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will guide you with Return Authorization (RA) and next steps.
Condition for returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact us to obtain your RA number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
  3. Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship to the following address:

We will process your return and issue a refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the package.


Exclusions (Not Eligible for Return)

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
